At PACS, we offer mental health and wellbeing support for students. If you are experiencing psychological, social, or emotional problems, you can make an appointment for a one-to-one counselling session. Individual counselling can help you break a vicious cycle that you may find yourself in, whether it is caused by study-related problems or personal difficulties. Everything you discuss with a student counsellor is strictly confidential and all sessions are free.
